Last week’s plan to speed up dinner prep was a raving success. Knowing that dinner was semi-prepped before cooking time was a huge relief for me. It was really motivating! This week I was focused on making things with ingredients we already had on-hand. The might be because our pantry is starting to get a bit overcrowded again. {blush}

Cheesy Chicken Tater Tot Casserole, Corn
Chicken Toastadas
Oven-Baked Loaded Nachos (recipe coming soon)
Sausage Fried Rice (Didn’t get to it last week)
