Coming Home for Christmas {Plus a Giveaway}

November 20, 2013

Coming Home for Christmas Movie

Raise your hand if you like Christmas movies. I do!! While I enjoy a good comedy and the animated classics, I also love a good heartwarming, family-centered Christmas story. Coming Home for Christmas is just that.

Sisters Kate and Melanie haven’t spoken to each other in years since a hurtful scene at Melanie’s wedding. Their parents, Wendy and Al, have let the pain of their daughters’ absence drive a wedge between them, and their tensions have led to a separation. Kate is determined to reunite the entire family for Christmas, and has the perfect spot… their old family home. The only problem is there’s someone else living there now.

    Always up for a movie. My favorite holiday movie is a Christmas Story. Toured the house a few years back and got to meet Ralphie’s brother. The museum was actually my favorite.

    Christmas movies…..aahhhh……the tradition in our family goes clear back to the day my mother was born! While my grandmother was in labor, my grandfather went to the “picture show” to watch “It’s a Wonderful Life”. We continue to watch Christmas movies year ’round; however, they are THE viewing of choice during the holiday season!
