CVS Trip – 7/19

My favorite cashier was working at CVS today! Yay! She never minds when I use a gazillion coupons, and she’s so sweet! It makes CVSing even more fun! I gave her one of blog site business cards, so maybe she’s stopping by today. (Hi, Nancy!)

This was probably one of my best ever CVS deals. I recently cashed out my Coke Rewards points for a road trip we took. We just didn’t use all of the coupons for free 20 oz. products, so I thought I’d use them to boost my CVS total over $30. That way I could use the $5 off $30 coupon I got via email.

What I Bought:
2 packs of CVS brand filler paper – $2.00 each
2 packs Papermate 1.2 pens – $.99 each
7 Coke Zero/Cherry Coke 20 oz. bottles – $1.50 each
1 Gatorade 24 oz. – $1.69
2 Speedstick Pro men’s deodorants – $2.99 each
1 Colgate MaxFresh toothpaste – $2.99
1 CVS pantiliners – $.89
1 4-pack Duracell AA batteries – $2.99
2 bags Lifesavers jelly beans (clearance) – $.70 each

* This was only good for smaller bottles, not B1G1 deal.
* I can’t remember where the Gatorade coupon came from!

I’m already starting to stash things away for our Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes, so the deodorant and toothpaste for those. I have to double-check to see if pens are allowed or if it’s only pencils. If pens are allowed, those are going in the shoebox storage area too!
