I had to pick up a prescription at CVS today, and I knew that I would have to wait for a while. So I figured I would see what deals I could snag while I was waiting. I was thrilled when I scanned my card at the in-store coupon printer. It printed a coupon worth $2 ECBs…. no special purchases necessary! Wow! I was also armed with the $3.00 off coupon that CVS had emailed me for my birthday. This one couldn’t be used in conjunction with a $ off $$ coupon, so I had to do two transactions.
Here’s what I ended up with:
Starting ECBs: $7.00
Merchandise Value: $24.97
Out-of-Pocket Cost: $4.97 plus tax (paid with gift card)

I was able to score a gift card from the new prescription I dropped off. There was a coupon for a $10 card in the Target ad last Sunday.
