My husband asked me to try to get him some Thermacare heatwraps, and I saw that they were generating ECBs at CVS this week. They weren’t on a great sale… They were just generating ECBs. I still had my $5 off $30 coupon from taking the Medicare Part D quiz (info HERE), and I had a free product coupon. I also had some CVS coupons from previous receipts that matched up perfectly with this week’s sale items. I thought that I might be able to use what was on sale, my $5 coupon, my CVS coupons, and my free product coupon to get a better deal on the heatwraps. And I was right! Here’s what we got. I could have dropped my out-of-pocket total to $.04 had I not picked up the extra pack of Kleenex. My coupon was for 3 boxes, and I grabbed 4. Oh well… We’ll use them!
The best part of this trip was that I was able to get my husband the heatwraps for pennies instead of paying $6.99 for them. I also got back as many ECBs as I spent. And Emma was incredibly well-behaved, even helping me push the cart through the store!
