On September 29th, Scooby-Doo, Cesar Millan, four-legged friends, and their pet parents from around the U.S. will be walking to raise money to save the lives of shelter dogs. The 2nd Annual National Family Pack Walk, led by Scooby & Cesar, will do a 1.5 mile loop around the National Mall in Washington, D.C. on September 29th. There will also be an afternoon packed with Scooby-Doo-themed activities like arts & crafts, a reading lounge, game tents, a scavenger hunt, and more.
Don’t live near D.C.? No worries. There are local pack walks taking place nationwide September 23-30. You can find information about local pack walks or participate in the Virtual Pack Walk on the event website. You can also connect with the walk on Facebook or connect with Cesar Millan on Facebook to stay up-to-date on the event and the fundraising for the shelter dogs. All proceeds from the National Family Pack Walk events will be donated to the Cesar Millan Foundation, which raises awareness and supports the rescue, rehabilitation, and re-homing of abused and abandoned dogs.
