Our local Kroger has a sign up stating that they are not honoring the coupon. When my bloggy friend Kristen called corporate, she was told that the manager was allowed to deny the use of any coupon. Others are reporting that the games are each ringing up at 50% off, meaning that your buy 1 – get 1 coupon will only save you half. Granted, that means that you’ll be getting two card games for about $2.50. But when you weren’t planning on paying anything, that’s still frustrating.
The good news is that Target seems to have a better deal going on. There is a Buy 1 – Get 1 FREE Hasbro game Target coupon (print HERE). You should be able to pair that with the manufacturer’s coupon to get both free.
Let me know if you try either Kroger or Target and how things end up!
