Kroger Trip: Shopping for Two Week Cooking

July 15, 2011

I hit Kroger big-time this week. I was shopping for my Two-Week Cooking Project, and I spent about $130. Not too bad considering the fact that I got two BIG bottles of olive oil and lots of meat and produce.

I skipped the 10-Item Mega Event because the items they had in the ad weren’t that great deal-wise. But I did pick up a flyer in the store, and there were lots more items listed there. I may swing back tomorrow just to shop the Mega Event.

If you’re interested in Two-Week Cooking, stop by and see what I filled my freezer with today. The whole once-a-month cooking is a little too overwhelming for me, but cooking two weeks at a time is a huge sanity-saver!

You can see all of this week’s Kroger deals here.
