Remember when THIS showed up in our mailbox?
It was Emma’s first kit from Little Passports. She was soooo excited to have something fun to teach her more about the United States. She’s a lover of maps and geography. In fact, she told me again today that geography was her favorite subject this year.
If you’re not familiar with Little Passports, it’s a monthly subscription program that sends kids information and activities about either two states or countries each month. The characters, Sam and Sophia, share their adventures in the new locations and send along a travel journal full of activities, stickers, postcards, and pop-out models.
Emma’s second kit came, and she’s been busy learning all about Michigan and New Mexico. I’ve found her more than once with the big US map spread out over the living room floor. And she’s doing all this in her free time. I don’t even have to make it part of our homeschool time. She enjoys it so much that she’s soaking it all up without being asked. Win!

I’d love the world one. My kids are fascinated by other countries right now. Saw this at a conference back in May and thought it looked good.

I would pick the US edition. We like to take a road trip every other year, and it would be fun to have her help plan and be excited to go on the trip based on what she learned from little passports.
