Menu Plan Monday: Using What We Have

November 28, 2011

This is going to be a busy week at our house. After three weeks of feeling icky, we’re getting back on track with our daily routine. That means that we’re going to be busy! We’re also trying to wrap up the majority of our Christmas decorating and planning this week so that we can enjoy An Organized Christmas. Be sure to check out our series An Organized Christmas if you haven’t yet finished your holiday planning.

To make things calmer, I’m going to try to stick to a menu plan this week. I’d also like to avoid a grocery store trip to save some time. Plus I have a ton of ingredients in the pantry. I need to make some space! So here’s our plan.

Breakfasts

Homemade Cinnamon Rolls
Pumpkin Baked Oatmeal
Homemade Granola with Fruit
Eggs, Toast & Fruit

Lunches

Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with Carrots
Leftover Soup
Mac ‘n Cheese with Veggie Tray
Loaded Baked Potatoes (Baked in the Crock Pot)
Leftover Pizza

Dinners

Cream Cheese Chicken & Vegetable Soup
Lasagna (I use the recipe on the back of the Barilla No Boiling Required box)
Lasagna Leftovers
Homemade Pizza (I’m making 2 for intentional lunch leftovers.)
Slow Cooker Maple Chicken with Sweet Potatoes
