Menu Plan Monday – Week of 9/10/12

September 10, 2012

I did slightly better with getting breakfast back out of the box last week, but not quite as well as I would’ve liked. I was able to try my friend Amy’s Apple Cranberry Scones, and you’ll notice that those made it back on this week’s menu plan. I love that I can make them the night before and they taste amazing the next morning. We actually ate the for two breakfasts last week!

This week we’re trying to avoid the grocery store except to make a quick run for produce and dairy. Here’s to cleaning out the pantry just a little!

:: Breakfasts ::

Apple Cranberry Scones
Eggs, Toast & Fruit
Homemade English Muffins
Easy Bananas & Cream Oatmeal {Sugar-Free}
Breakfast Cookies

:: Lunches ::

Leftovers
Grilled cheese sandwiches & raw veggies
Quesadillas
Crock Pot Baked Potatoes (we’ll add cheese, broccoli & other goodies)
Egg Salad

:: Dinners ::

Cream Cheese Chicken & Vegetable Soup
Country Bean Soup
Beef Fried Rice
Crunch Coat Chicken (same as Crunch Coat Fish), broccoli & roasted potatoes
Homemade Pizza made with the DIY Pizza Hut Cheese Sticks crust
