Menu Planning via Pinterest: aka Getting Out of the Rut

August 6, 2012

I’m tired of my recipes. I feel like I’ve used them over and over, and I need some inspiration. So I headed off to Pinterest to see what I could find. Here’s what I came across for this week’s menu plan.

Breakfasts
Homemade English Muffins
Breakfast Cookies
Cranberry Apple Scones
Breakfast Egg Muffins
Egg Sandwiches

Lunches
Leftovers (I’m guessing we’ll have a bunch with what I’m going to make for dinners.)
Grilled cheese sandwiches
Quesadillas

Dinners
Quinoa Stuffed Peppers (with real cheese)
Pasta with Fresh Tomato Sauce & DIY Pizza Hut Cheese Sticks
Italian Dressing Chicken, Potatoes & Green Beans
Slow Cooker Mac & Cheese
& Broccoli
Pork Fried Rice (I may go for chicken in this instead)

This actually makes me WANT to go and cook something! I’m hoping that a whole week of new ideas might bring some life back into our mealtime prep this week.
