I’m the menu-maker. I’m also usually the cook. But when I’m sick, I just don’t wanna. If I’m lucky to have enough energy to shower, cooking dinner isn’t high on my list. But we still need to eat.
My husband is great about picking up the cooking responsibilities when I’m not feeling so great. (Yes, that would be today.) Last night he grilled dinner for us, and he made extra grilled chicken that we can use for a two more meals. Yay! Hopefully I can kick this cold before too long. But today I’m menu planning with my hubby’s help in mind.

Hope you feel better soon! My house has had the flu, and I am praying and doing everything possible to ensure I don’t catch it. When Mom is sick, the house stops! 🙁

Thanks, Angela! Fortunately this is mild. I’d just rather lay around than cook. 😉 Hope your house feels better soon!

Love the fast, faster, fastest pizza link in there! We used to make english muffin pizzas (and I love them!) in the dorms all the time. As you get older you sometimes forget about quick and easy convenience of foods like that.

I remember them from growing up. I think my mom liked the fastest pizza sometimes too. Enjoy!

I keep looking for new breakfasts. I am going to make those baked oatmeal cups…maybe with dried fruit to be a bit healthier! 🙂

Oh yum! We’re into dried cranberries this time of year. That would be so good!
