My father-in-law’s wife (known as Granny Pammy around here!) just shared a fantastic shopping/menu-planning tip with me. We were talking about making a shopping list while menu planning. She keeps a shopping list on the back of every recipe card. So, if she pulls out her favorite soup recipe, she knows exactly what she needs in order to make it. In fact, she can grab the card on the way out the door for a shopping trip. Maybe this would help me avoid that one missing ingredient!
