
I’ve been trying to drink more water lately. I’m not doing too badly, but I have to admit that plain old water can be downright boring. I’d much rather crack open a Diet Mt. Dew! But I know that the water is oh-so good for me. So I’m trying…. really, I am.
That’s why I was very interested when I was contacted about trying Fruit2O Essentials. We’ve bought Fruit2O in the past, but this is a whole new line of Fruit2O drinks. I was impressed with the line of flavors that are available too. Fruit2O Essentials come in Cranberry Raspberry, Strawberry Kiwi, Peach Mango, Citrus, Blueberry Pomegranate, and Cherry Acai. My personal favorite was the Citrus, because it had a little tartness to it.

I try to refill my 20 oz. water bottle at least once during the day at work.

I try to work extra water in by putting a frozen one at my desk in the morning and then thoughout the day it is ready when I am at my desk. Which is quite often.

I fill my favorite Contigo water bottle that stays on my desk all day at work. I try to make sure I fill it twice during the day. It makes it easier for me to drink because I think the bottle is so pretty!

I always make sure to have a water bottle with me…in my car, in my purse, etc etc so that whenever I’m thirsty its right there! That is how I try to incorporate more water into my diet.

I don’t like the taste of our city water, but to cut down on the cost of bottled water, I mix bottled flavored water half & half with tap water.
I make a big glass of ice water and then force myself to drink it completely before having coffee or a diet soda. It isn’t really exciting but it works!
