Rite Aid BOGO Corporate Policy

August 22, 2008

I called my closest Rite Aid store today to ask about their Buy 1, Get 1 Free policy. Right now they have St. Ives skincare items B1G1. I have coupons for St. Ives skincare that are B1G1. I know that at CVS you can take advantage of the store’s sale and add your coupon to it, and they will give you both items free.

When I called my local Rite Aid store, I was told that they cannot do that. I was polite, but I wondered if that was really the case or not. So I used the email form found on the Rite Aid website (here). I just got a reply back from someone who handles these corporate inquiries. His answer was short and sweet:

Yes. We will allow the use of BOGO coupons with BOGO sales.
Corey

Thanks, Corey! I printed the email and plan to take it with me to Rite Aid. Hopefully that will be enough to have them override and let me use the coupons. There are a couple of facial and body scrubs that would be great to put with my Christmas gifts for my cousins.
