I finished up my Rite Aid Fall Gift of Savings during this week’s Rite Aid trip. It amazes me that I’m spending less after regular rebates than $20, and I’m getting a $20 gift card! If you haven’t yet taken advantage of this Gift of Savings program, you still have time. It’s not over until Saturday, and this week is full of freebies (after rebates) at Rite Aid! You can find out more about the Gift of Savings program HERE.
For this trip, I had a cashier who was operated like no other Rite Aid cashier I’ve ever encountered. She let me know that she had been there for 29 years and that my $5 off $25 coupon would not work because I didn’t have a $25 total after coupons. I stayed calm, knowing that I had read the verbiage of the coupon. I knew that it stated that the $25 total was before coupons, not after. I politely asked her to just try it, and — of course — it went right through. No surprise to me…. BIG surprise to her. I felt good about the whole encounter, because I had remained polite and treated her with respect, even though I knew she was wrong.
That said, let’s get to the good stuff…. The Deal! Here’s what I ended up with:
