The Fine Print

I just read the fine print on the ECBs I printed out (this quarter’s ECBs), and I’m disappointed. I was hoping to save up ECBs and use them to purchase gift cards for some of the men on our Christmas list. The fine print reads that ECBs cannot be used to purchase prescriptions, alcohol, tobacco, lottery, postage stamps, gift cards, money orders, and pre-paid debit cards. I’m disappointed!!
