It was late when we got home from my mother-in-law’s house tonight. We’d been on the road for six hours, and Emma was the only one who ate dinner in the car. When I did finally feel hungry, I made myself a Kashi waffle peanut butter sandwich (two toasted Kashi waffles with peanut butter between them). I must admit these waffles were pretty good!
