Last year I was thrilled to introduce many of you to JJ Heller, Christian singer songwriter. I’m excited to share that today she is releasing a brand new lullaby CD, I Dream of You.
I Dream of You is not your traditional Rock-a-Bye Baby, sing-song type music. JJ has mixed soothing melodies with meaningful lyrics to create songs of encouragement for little ones. (Confession… I like listening to it while I work. 🙂 ) I love that positive words of faith, family, and acceptance will be flowing through the rooms of littles who listen to the songs while they sleep.
I Dream of You is the perfect partner to the new children’s bedtime story The Golden Feather that JJ and her husband David recently released. The story follows a sweet little girl through her dream adventures. Though its target audience is younger, Emma loved The Golden Feather. She and I both enjoyed searching for the hidden bunny on each page. Here’s a sneak peek of the story read by the Hellers sweet little girl.

My favorite lullaby is You are My Sunshine. I used to sing it with my baby (career Navy and 25 years old)…. He was in and out of the hospital a LOT when he was a baby, so I had to find things to entertain him with. This was a go to song!

I tend to dread the nighttime routine for getting 5 kids to bed, but all that melts away when Miss 1 crawls up into my lap for her “book.” And then her song. And then the piling of 7 babies in her bed with her. Ahhhhhhh.
Would love to add these to our collection!
