I just stumbled upon this fun Christmas gift idea that also helps charity. I like when gifts serve two purposes! Kohl’s has a program called Kohl’s Cares for Kids, and each year they offer stuffed animals, books, etc. to raise money for their charity. This year, they’re some of Emma’s all-time favorite book characters! It’s the mouse from If You Give a Mouse a Cookie and all of his friends! The best part is that they’re only $5 each!
I checked Kohls.com, but they only have one book left. I did a little hunting and, between my store and the one near my brother’s house, I found all four books and all four plush characters. My brother graciously agreed to pick up the ones near him tomorrow. (Thanks, Jeff! You’re such a good uncle!) Emma will be SO excited!
I just wanted to let you know about them in case you had a big mouse fan in your house and a Kohl’s store nearby.
