Kroger: Two Weeks of Meals for $92.65

July 30, 2010

It was the big shopping day for our Two-Week Cooking Project. I grabbed everything I would need for two weeks’ worth of meals plus a bunch of extras that were on sale. Here’s what I ended up with.

Spent: $92.65
Saved: $62.87 (40%)

I think I may have over-planned the meals, because I don’t usually buy this much meat in a two week time period. We’ll see!  There were a few deals that you may want to take advantage of if your Kroger sale goes through the weekend.

Yeah, I definitely had extra meat. But I just cooked it and froze it…I’m sure I will use it for something soon!

I figured! It looked good on paper! 🙂 I’ll also be freezing some and saving it for the next round.
