I’ve decided that once-a-month cooking is definitely for me. Last week was a breeze because we were eating the meals that I prepped earlier this month. And so far, everything has tasted wonderful. That’s probably because it was assembled and frozen but not cooked until we were ready for it.
We’ll be eating from the freezer again this week. Here’s the plan.

We’ll be out-of-town.

We’ll be coming back home, so it may be a drive-thru night.
