We’re back in the swing of our homeschooling routine…. or at least getting close to being there! After I read Amy’s post about menu planning being a must for homeschooling families, I decided to get it back in gear. So here’s what’s on the menu for this week.
:: Breakfasts ::
I’ve found myself relying on the cereal box too much again, and I’ve noticed us getting grumbly tummies part way through our school morning. That’s inspired me to get back into the out-of-the-box breakfast routine.
Apple Cranberry Scones
Homemade English Muffins
Breakfast Cookies
Eggs, Toast & Fruit
Easy Bananas & Cream Oatmeal {Sugar-Free}
:: Lunches ::
Leftovers
Grilled cheese sandwiches & raw veggies
Quesadillas
Crock Pot Baked Potatoes (we’ll add cheese, broccoli & other goodies)
Egg Salad
:: Dinners ::
Creamy Mac & Cheese (You HAVE to try this if you hate gritty mac & cheese!)
Baked Turkey Tenderloins, Broccoli, Sweet Potato Fries with Dipping Sauce
Homemade Pizza (This link shares 6 tips for better homemade pizza.)
Meatloaf Minis, Green Beans, Mashed Potatoes
Crock Pot BBQ Chicken made with this Homemade BBQ Sauce, corn, oven French fries
