I didn’t do a ton of shopping this week. I did my CVSing last Saturday so that I could grab deals from both last week and this week. I also got FREE oatmeal at Rite Aid. I stopped by Kroger today to snag some $1 raspberries. But it’s been a pretty quiet week around here shopping-wise!
Your turn…
Here is your chance to share the best deals you personally found this week! You can include drugstore, grocery store, or online finds. Pictures are helpful but not necessary. The same goes for coupons. If you can add information on which coupons you used, that will help your fellow bargain-hunters. But it’s not necessary.

Two of my best buys came from Riesbeck’s this week. They had Kraft cheese and Wheat Thins for $1.79 each. I bought 5 packages of cheese and used the $5.00 off 5 coupon I printed a while ago, making them only $.79 per package. I also used a $1.00 Wheat Thins Stix coupon. The clerk even noted that the crackers were only $.79 and asked what paper the coupon was in. I later found another Wheat Thins coupon in my “coupons to file” envelope, so I think I’ll buy another box on Sunday when I stop to buy my Columbus paper.
One other great deal was at Kroger, where I bought six Old El Paso seasoning packets for $1.09 each and used six $.50 coupons that doubled to $1.00. I had an e-coupon on my Kroger card for $.60 off 2, and I received a $3.00 catalina for my next purchase of chicken or beef.

Wahoo! Love the $.79 cheese. I’m thrilled when I get it for $1, so that’s an AWESOME deal in my book!

For some reason I thought of you when I bought it! 🙂 One other deal I should mention is at the St. C. Krogers they had the 8 oz. Nabisco Snak-Saks in a big bin in the entry way for $1.00 each. I bought four and used 2 $.50/2 coupons from the 9/26 Smartsource, which doubled to $1.00 each. I got them for $.50 each! These are nice size bags of Mini Oreos, Teddy Grahams, and Nutter Butters.

I just clipped my 9/26 coupons TODAY. (I’m such a procrastinator!) I saw that one and thought of those big bins they have in the entry area. I use the Oreos as part of the crust for my Oreo cheesecake. I might have to snatch up a few tomorrow!
