Thank the Troops: Send a Free Card from Shutterfly

November 9, 2012

Looking for a way to give as part of this year’s 30 Day Giving Challenge? Here’s one that won’t cost you a thing but could be priceless for the person who receives it.

There’s no place like home for the holidays, right? True unless you’re stationed thousands of miles from home. Over 1.5 million troops serve our great nation. This Christmas will find many of them overseas in harm’s way. They won’t be home for the holidays.

Let’s rally around them and show these men and women how much we appreciate them. Shutterfly is making it simple. Here’s how you can send a free greeting card to an American hero.

  • Click here to get to the Shutterfly Facebook page.
  • Choose one of four card designs.
  • Add a personal message – or even a photo.
  • Click Send.

It’s that simple. Shutterfly will print and ship your card to the troops absolutely free.

After you create your card, be sure to share the page with your friends so they can send cards too. Let’s make sure these men & women know how much they are appreciated.

Veteran’s Day is this Sunday (11/11). There’s no better time to send our heartfelt thanks to our troops. Click here to choose your card.
