I think I’m a magnet for drug store coupon issues. Ha! If you haven’t read about my love-hate CVS experience yet, read it HERE to catch up. The drama continues…..
Imagine my surprise when I received the following email in my inbox earlier this week. (I’ve removed names for privacy’s sake. (Click the image to enlarge/print.)
Not only did they listen and take action with the store staff, they even reimbursed me for the coupon that I wasn’t able to use. I just stopped by another CVS today, and sure enough, my $5 courtesy coupon printed! Wow!
Hats off to the management at CVS and Rite Aid. They’ve both come through with exceptional customer service!

I am absolutely blown away. How rare for a company to respond in such a way. OK, CVS will be seeing more of me in the future.

Awesome! Thank you for taking the matter to corporate. I really like CVS and maybe this will give us another store that has customer service as good as the St. C. store.

Hi Jennifer!
That's really nice that CVS handled your situation properly and that you were given a $5 courtesy coupon! I understand how it get can frustrating to have a coupon and employees not fully understanding the terms.
I also wanted to tell you thank you for the Godiva Gift Card giveaway you had a while ago on your blog. I received the gift card from Shop At Home and I can't wait to use it. I also blogged about it on my personal blog http://www.eliminatefullprice.com and gave you some love 🙂
