I’ve been to CVS twice this week. Once was Sunday when I had my $4 off $20 coupon in hand ready to stock up on Pepsi 12-packs. Unfortunately they didn’t have the kind I was looking for. When I asked if they had any more in the back, they told me that they didn’t but that the Pepsi guy would be there Monday. I told them I was disappointed because I had a coupon that expired Sunday. They wrote a little note on the coupon stating that I could use it later in the week, and I was happy as a clam.
I stopped back Monday and stocked up. Here’s what I got:
What I Bought:
6 Pepsi Product 12-Packs – $20.00
1 Hershey’s Drops – $1.59
Used $4/$20 CVS store coupon
ECBs Earned:
$10 Pepsi
$1.59 Hershey’s
Final Price: $6 for everything… or $1 per 12-pack
I guess it pays to ask about coupons that are expiring. You just never know when you’ll get special permission to use them!
