- Go to Restaurant.com.
- Search for your local area or any area that you’ll be visiting.
- Choose the gift certificates you want. (Read the fine print for each offer. Some can only be used at dinner, not lunch, and others require a slightly larger purchase. They’re still great deals, but I want you to have all of the information up front.)
- At checkout, enter the code BIG. This will give you the $2 price.
I’ve had some people question how in the world restaurants can do this and not go out of business. It’s similar to the free birthday meals that some restaurants offer. Their goal is to get you to come to their restaurant, especially if you’ve never been there before. They want you to love their food and their service and become a loyal customer, even when you don’t have a coupon. There are usually a limited number of certificates available for each restaurant, so they have control over how much the promo will cost them.
