I spent some time last night designing a 4×8 photo card that I could upload somewhere. I was thinking VistaPrint, because I’d used them for other things in the past. I’m always pleased with their work. So I uploaded my picture and found that their cards were 50% off. Hmm… Not bad!
I got all the way through my project and realized that the 7-day shipping wouldn’t get the cards here in time for me to mail them. (Did I mention that I’m a PRO procrastinator?) Rush shipping would be $28.00. ***GULP*** I honestly thought that my not doing this earlier was going to either cost us $28 extra in shipping or that I just wouldn’t order the cards.
I saved my picture file and decided to hunt around for a better deal today. I opened my email at lunchtime today, and I found an amazing email message from VistaPrint. They were offering a one-day deal where Christmas cards were all 50% off AND you got FREE 3-day shipping. I couldn’t get mine ordered fast enough! I got 70 photo cards — at the last minute — for $15. Wow! Can I just tell you what a blessing that was?
