Today is the 15th, so we’re halfway through the 30-Day Giving Challenge. Have you noticed yourself being in a different frame of mind now that we’re focused on giving every day? The challenge is always in the back of my mind. I’m thinking we may need to turn this into a 12-month giving challenge next time!
Day 15 Giveaway: Halo SleepSack
Today’s 30-Day Giving Challenge sponsor is HALO SleepSack. This product is near and dear to our hearts, because Emma had a hard time learning to sleep at night when she was an infant. We wanted to swaddle her but were afraid to leave a blanket in the crib with her. A wearable blanket was a totally different story. When we swaddled her in a sleepsack, she slept six hours straight — a record for us!
HALO has generously dontated SleepSacks to each of the 30-Day Giving Challenge bloggers. We’ll be donating our SleepSacks to local charities or to the virtual baby shower Myra’s having for her local crisis pregnancy center.
The unique HALO SleepSack wearable blanket replaces loose blankets in the crib. In addition to sleeping safer, the HALO SleepSack wearable blanket helps babies sleep better too. It’s a warm, cuddly blanket they can’t kick off, ensuring baby sleeps soundly throughout the night. And when baby is sleeping safe and sound, moms and dads can rest easy.
HALO has also offered us each a SleepSack to give away. If you’d like to win a HALO SleepSack, now’s your chance!

Oh i would love to win one of these for my new grandbaby due in April!! Thanks for the chance
a few years ago, we were moving one month after my daughter’s birthday.
for her party that year, she asked her friends to bring a gift for the local women’s shelter, instead of for her… since we didn’t need to pack extra items!!

The food shelf is a great place to give. They take cash, or food donations (and this time of year its easy to donate – since all kinds of places tend to have food drives!)
Thanks for the giveaway
I think a great way for giving is by volunteering for an organization that you have an interest in

I like to shop for bargains, for people and pets. Items I get free or almost free help those in need: from the local animal shelter to the homeless shelter in town.
