Last week I had a simple, organized menu plan. And it was one that I truly could carry out! However, my brother-in-law came for a visit (yay!) and I decided to make a big pan of lasagna, some Southwest chicken wraps, and Black Bean & Corn Dip. We ended up eating those and leftovers of them for a couple of days. That means that I’m recycling some of last week’s menu plan and making it this week instead.
The good news is that we did a great job doing breakfast minus the box. That was a major goal for last week. We only ate cereal one day! So this week we’ll try to continue that. Here’s our plan.
