Another Way to Share with Our Military

October 9, 2008

When I was at CVS today, I told my cashier that this week’s sales helped me stock up for my Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. She mentioned that she takes extra toothpaste, razors, and other personal care items to the American Legion. They send the items to our troops overseas. If you’re looking for a way to help, you might want to give your local American Legion a call to see if they do the same thing in your area. It’s just another great way to give!
