… while he fired up the grill. He basted the chicken and pineapples with Lawry’s Teriyaki sauce. (It’s actually a 30 minute marinade, but that would have made the chicken WAY too messy for me to deal with. He brushed it on a couple of times instead.) The results……
We all thought that they were yummy! This was our first adventure in grilling fruit and the first kabobs we tried on this grill. Emma almost inhaled the pineapple chunks, and she finished off all of her chicken too. I would say they were a hit!
